Hellbender Aquatics
Hellbender Aquatics is the largest USA Swimming Team in Cambria County.
Seasons:
Summer (June-July) and Fall/Spring (October-April)
Swimmer requirements:
Swimmers 18-and-under are welcome. All skill levels — beginner to advanced — can join, although the child must be able to swim 25 yards or the length of the pool.
Facilities used:
All practices take place at the Central Cambria and Saint Francis University pools. Swim meets take place at indoor pools throuought Western Pennsylvania.
League:
Hellbender Aquatics is a member of the West Central PA Swim League. Meets are held in the Western Pennsylvania area.
About USA Swimming:
USA Swimming governs most highly competitive youth swimming teams across the nation and is charged with selecting the United States Olympic Swimming team.
